Sweet potatoes are a great source of nutrition and can be cooked in a number of ways. Here are some examples:
Sweet potato fries with garlic cloves: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cut sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces and cook them until they’re tender, about 25 minutes. Be sure to watch them closely so that they don’t burn. Add garlic cloves and let cook for 1 more minute. Serve hot.
- Sweet potato fry with chlili powder: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add sweet potato and sauté for 3 minutes more. Stir in chili powder and cook for 1 more minute. Serve hot!£8.008.00 GBP
