Afrobox Returns & Refund Policy

At Afrobox, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality African and Caribbean produce directly to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-focused.

1. Freshness Guarantee (Our Promise to You)

We take pride in quality. If your order arrives Damaged, Spoiled, Incorrect or has Missing items — we will replace or refund the affected items. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on fresh produce, perishable items, or opened products. However, you are still eligible for a refund or replacement if there is a quality issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@afrobox.co.uk with your order number, photos, and a short description. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Refunds processed within 3–5 working days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of goods.

UK Next Working Day Delivery: £5.99

All orders are shipped via DHL Next Working Day across mainland UK. A single flat delivery rate of £5.99 applies regardless of the weight of your order.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Free delivery on orders over £75.

Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) may incur an additional surcharge. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your postcode.
