At Afrobox, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality African and Caribbean produce directly to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-focused.

1. Freshness Guarantee (Our Promise to You)

We take pride in quality. If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Spoiled

• Incorrect

• Missing items

We will replace or refund the affected items.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on:

• Fresh fruits and vegetables

• Perishable food items

• Opened or used products

However, you are still eligible for a refund or replacement if there is a quality issue.

4. Refund Options

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order:

• Arrives late

• Is not delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours, and we will investigate with our courier partner and resolve promptly.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of goods

If your parcel is being delivered by a courier, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a text message with a tracking link. You will be able to leave your delivery instructions via the link.

If your parcel is being delivered by Oja, one of our drivers will call you when they are on the way to you. You will be able to leave your delivery instructions with them.
